1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website (the "Service"), operated by Pranav Prashant("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account or purchase a membership. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Membership & payments

We offer paid memberships (for example, Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime) that unlock premium content and features. Prices are shown at checkout in Indian Rupees (₹) for visitors in India and US Dollars ($) elsewhere, and may include applicable taxes.

• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
• Access is granted once payment is confirmed. If a payment is captured but access is not granted, contact us and we will resolve it.
• "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the Service and does not create a perpetual obligation if the Service is discontinued (see Section 12).

5. Refund & cancellation policy

Because memberships provide immediate access to digital content, the following applies:

• You may cancel at any time; since there is no recurring billing, cancellation simply means you do not purchase again. Your access continues until the current term expires.
• If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same order, or were unable to access what you paid for, you are entitled to a full refund — contact us within 7 days of the charge.
• Outside these cases, because premium content is delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once the premium content has been accessed. We may still offer a refund at our reasonable discretion.
• Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–10 business days.

6. Our content & intellectual property

All articles, code samples, diagrams, and other materials on the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and read the content for your own learning.

You may not, without our written permission:

• Republish, resell, or redistribute premium content, in whole or in part.
• Share your membership or premium content with others, or bypass access controls.
• Scrape, mass-download, or use automated means to extract content.

Short quotations for study or commentary, with attribution, are welcome.

7. Comments & user content

You retain ownership of comments you post, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, and moderate them as part of the Service. You are responsible for what you post, and you agree not to post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, infringing, spammy, or otherwise objectionable. We may edit, remove, or hide content and suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.

• Do not attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the security or availability of the Service.
• Do not abuse forms, create fake accounts, or interfere with other users.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.

The Service provides educational content about software engineering and interview preparation. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the content is complete, accurate, or up to date, and we make no guarantee of any interview outcome, job offer, or result. Your use of the content is at your own discretion and risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Changes & termination

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. If we permanently discontinue a paid feature you hold, we will act reasonably and fairly regarding any unused, paid-for access.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms.
• We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version, and continued use after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.
